Da Ma Cai
Da Ma Cai (大马彩) was established as the brand identity for Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. on 4 July 1988. Since then, this provider has come to be known as one of the biggest names in the 4D market in Malaysia — a prestigious list that also includes the likes of Sports Toto and Magnum 4D.

Today, the iconic charging horse logo is synonymous with the brand. According to the company, the logo represents Da Ma Cai’s goal of moving forwards in the industry in an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. And the logo of the red horse remains the company’s signature look which symbolizes strength and independence — important tenets of the company’s core values.

Similarly, by utilising blue and red hues, dynamic contrast of colours is achieved in the look and feel of Da Ma Cai’s logo. Red represents passion and energy. Whereas, blue signifies calm and serenity. Together, both clashing colours complement each other to signify a harmonised and distinct identity.

As far as the games are concerned, Da Ma Cai offers a few variations to the classic lottery game.

1+3D: This is the company’s version of the four-digit game that is highly popular in many parts of the world like Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia. To play the 1+3D game, you’ll only need to pick four-digit numbers. This number can be anything between 0000 to 9999. It could be your favourite or lucky number, or even your car plate or home address number. Then, decide on the type of bet you’re playing for — either Big or Small or both. Finally, decide on the bet amount for your chosen number(s) wherein the minimum bet amount is RM1.

Super 1+3D: Similar to Da Ma Cai’s 1+3D variation with the difference being that this game has seven categories of prizes — 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, STA, CON, TP3, and ALL. Playing this version of 4D is also similar to 1+3D where you pick four-digit numbers from 0000 to 9999. You then pick any one of the abovementioned prize categories to be attached to your chosen number. Finally, decide on the bet amount for each of the numbers you’ve picked wherein the minimum bet amount for Super 1+3D is RM1 or any multiples of RM1.

3D: Unlike the 1+3D or Super 1+3D, the 3D variation that Da Ma Cai offers only has 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for you to shoot for. And the prize pool for this variation is also significantly lower than the other games (the top prize being RM660 for the Big First Place). To play, pick a three-digit number from 000 to 999 then decide on the type of bet. After this, you may then select the bet amount for each number wherein the minimum bet amount for 3D betting is RM1. Crucially, the winning numbers are determined by the last three digits of the 1+3D winning numbers.

Unlike the classic 4D games, 5D and 6D games do not have a “big” or “small” bet type. The winning number for the 6D bet pays out RM100,000 for each bet, while the first prize for the 5D games is RM15,000. System Play: This is very similar to the classic 4D Roll Play game method wherein you will be covered for all 10 possible numbers for one rolled digit.

msystem Play: This is a more affordable type of play where the minimum buy for 10 numbers is RM10. You may choose up to 50 unique numbers for your bets.

Magnum Life

Magnum Life is one of the latest games that Magnum has to offer. The game allows you to win RM1,000 every day for up to 20 years — all for the low price of RM1.

To play Magnum Life:

Pick eight numbers from 1 to 36.
Choose the game method that you intend to play.
Place your buys for RM1 per bet.
